You can still have the unique atelier experience in the comfort of your own home.
STEP ONE
The At-Home Atelier Appointment includes a 30 min online consultation from which the Renee Grace team will help you choose the best styles on our website (and even some that aren’t) to suit each bride individually.
STEP TWO
Dresses will be shipped to your door and a time scheduled for your At-Home Atelier fitting. Make a party of it! Invite your friends and family, we’ll be online with you to talk to you about each dress you try on. We’ll walk you through properly measuring yourself to make sure you’re ordering the best size and the best silhouette for your unique style.
STEP THREE
Once we’ve found you the perfect dress it will be lovingly made in our Cincinnati based Atelier before being delivered to you. Once your gowns arrives you will receive 2 At-Home Atelier fittings.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
First 30 min consultation is free. During the consultation we’ll talk about what you are looking for and which dresses you’re interested in trying on. We charge $50 per dress to cover shipping and insurance. If you order a dress all try on fees will go towards the purchase of your dress.
What sizes are available to try on?
We make samples in 2, 10 and 20. We will do our best to send you the gowns as close to your size that is available.
When will I get my samples?
During your consultation we will schedule the arrival of your samples and video fitting. Generally, samples will ship to you in a week.
How Do I know what size to order?
Once you receive your samples and have chosen the gown you would like to purchase, your consultant will walk you through exactly how to take your measurements and from there we will help you to choose the right size.
Can I make changes to a dress?
Yes. Every Bride wants to find that dress that meets her individual style. Because we make the dresses in our atelier, we can make modifications of gowns. You will receive a price list that covers modifications with your samples.
Do you charge for plus sizes?
No. All styles are the same price regardless of size.
Will I need alterations?
Yes. Even if we do a custom sizing for you, you should still plan on having alterations done. Because we are not physically with you, we are not able to guarantee that dresses will fit you perfectly. Additionally, we are unable to fit you for hems and bustles.
Once I order my dress how long will it take to get?
It will take 16-20 weeks to get your dress made. Please keep this in mind when ordering and scheduling your alterations. Rush orders are possible, you will have to speak with your consultant about them.
If you’re in a hurry, we may have samples on our sample rack that you can purchase. This can be discussed with your stylist.
On-line fittings
You will receive 2 online fittings. Once you order your gown, we will get to work make the structure of the dress. 8-10 weeks after ordering you will receive the base structure for fitting. We will have a video consultation to see if it is fitting or if changes need to be made. (most changes are covered in the cost of the dress some additional fees may apply) You send the base structure back to us and we will complete the rest of the dress. When the dress is finished, we will send you the dress and have one final video fitting.
Payments
Try on fees are charged before samples are shipped. 60% of total is due at the time of ordering for your final gown. 40% + tax and shipping are due when your dress is complete before shipping the dress.
Returns and refunds
Because all dresses are made to order we do not offer returns or refunds. You have 3 days after you place your order to cancel and receive a refund. After 3 days all deposits are forfeit.
